Michael Weston to the Rescue

I’ve been hooked on Burn Notice from the start.  Each year it gets better.

Last season Fiona went to prison in order to save Michael.  This season, according to USA, Michael is going after Anson, and attempting to get Fi out of federal prison.  Fi is going to be interrogated by an old enemy.  I’ve been wondering who it was all day.  My first thought was Vaughn.  So, as I’m watching The Wire, I see this man and I’m trying to remember where I know him from.  It was Robert Wisdom, the actor who plays Vaughn.  That’s all the proof I need!  Last time Vaughn was on he was locked up, and Michael told him he’d try to work a deal to get him into an easier facility.  I’m thinking he worked his own deal.  Vaughn is my favorite bad guy on this show.

Can’t wait!  You just know there’s going to be an attempted jailbreak!

WTF? Man Cuts Off His Junk and Cooks It!

The guy is 22 years old, says he’s asexual and cut off his dick and balls.  He then cooked and served it in five portions at a restaurant for approximately $250 US each!   How big do you have to be to be able to get five servings out of that?  How small are those servings that someone paid $250

I’m sitting here half gagging, and half feeling sorry for this boy.  Yes, I said BOY.  He’s too young. and has so much still to learn about, to decide he’s asexual at this point.  To castrate himself.. or to have a doctor do it, that should be some kind of malpractice!

Revenge Season Finale

 

Another show I love.  Emily is one crazy psycho itch!

 

So many OMG moments in this.

Loved Emily/real Amanda kicking the white-haired man’s butt.  But, she let him live!?!?!  He knows who she is. Psycho Amanda/real Emily is back and PREGNANT!  She’s a bit swollen for me to believe that baby is Jack’s.  And, just when Amanda & Jack were on their way back together!

Lydia and Victoria on the plane.  When Conrad yelled, “Get on that plane, and it will be the LAST THING YOU DO!!!” I knew the white-haired man was going to blow it up.  And, there he was.  It shows both women getting on the plane.  I predict Victoria got off, Lydia stayed on.  Lydia goes boom.  She’s really no big loss.

Charlotte finds out the plane blew up and thinks her mother is dead.  Instant OD after Declan wouldn’t answer her phone calls.

And, Nolan gets the clue that her mother is alive???  I didn’t get that!  But, Nolan knows all.  It took me a while to warm up to him, but I like him.  I originally thought he was icky creepy, but he’s just lonely.  He’s the geek that everyone avoids and he just wants to be accepted and loved.  So much that he’ll pay you to like him.  I’ll like you Nolan, pay me!

So I’m subscribed to a bunch of blogs, there is an interview with the executive producer.  He states there is a death, of a major character, and it will be hard for viewers to accept.  Which makes me think my idea of Lydia blowing up in the plane is wrong.  I will be so very upset if Victoria dies instead.  But, even that wouldn’t be surprising, since they showed her getting on the plane.  Jack is with psycho Amanda.  David is with Ashley, looking like they’re getting ready to have depression sex.  Nolan is with Emily.  Conrad is drinking the pain away, watching the fire..   Oh, hell, wait!  He ran upstairs to CHARLOTTE!  The OD was successful!  Well, I won’t be distraught over that one.  She was Victoria’s mini-me, but hadn’t grown into the true queen of bitchiness yet.  She’s still at the catty/mean girl teenager stage.

The article states there will be a wedding.  Well, Conrad and Lydia were just bleh.  So, if she survives, no big deal.  He wasn’t doing it out of love.  He proposed so she couldn’t testify against him.  So I’m thinking Jack/psycho Amanda.  She’s pregnant, was a foster kid, definitely has some issues due to that.  So Jack, being the good guy, will marry her because she is carrying his baby (or so she says), and he wants to give her and the baby security.  And, what other way to twist the knife on Emily.  This has to eventually come to Ems killing Amanda.  Just.please.do.it!!!   The article stated that she left around Labor Day, and returned late winter/early spring.  So, the belly isn’t considered *that* big.  Eh, she’s a slut, so I’m sticking with it’s not Jack’s!

Emily’s mom is going to be creepy, crazy, scary!  I wonder who it will be.

House Series Finale

I admit I haven’t watched all seasons.  I’ve watched off and on.  I catch some on cable channels.  Not because I don’t like House.  I actually love the  House character.  But, so much on television, I usually have other things I want to watch/dvr more.

Thankfully, with all the other shows ending for the season, I was able to dvr this episode.  I didn’t need to see the first hour.  The second hour was *the* finale.  I saw some of the shows this season, because I knew Wilson had cancer.  I didn’t know it was a six-month sentence.  I read spoilers, so I was ready for House to die.  Still didn’t stop me from a loud “Oh shit” moment when it happened.  Building on fire collapses.  Bam!  Loved the ending when Wilson was spouting off at the service of how much an ass House was.  A real friend can do that.  Beep beep, text message, “Shut up, you idiot!”  House is ALIVE!!!  He faked his death to avoid jail and share the rest of Wilson’s life.  Foreman finding House’s hospital ID card under the wobbly table.  Perfect.  House and Wilson riding off in the sunset on their motorcycles.  Made me tear up.

What was there not to love?

Seeing Sela Ward as one of his exes, didn’t do it for me.  I wouldn’t much preferred Cutty.  Nothing against Sela, but I was always a Cutty/House fan.

Seeing this finale made me watch the last shows On Demand.

Guess Who’s Coming to Sons of Anarchy

I have this habit of not getting hooked on some shows until long after they start.  Then I play catch up.  For probably the first month, I totally ignored The Sopranos because I thought it had to do with music.  Most. embarrassing.thing.ever!  Justified?  Didn’t even hear of it until Season 2 and was hooked.  Watched Season 1 on the replays, then watched Season 3.

So it is with Sons of Anarchy.  I only started watching it last season. I went hunting for it on Hulu, and couldn’t find it.  So imagine how happy I was to find out FX was showing it from the beginning on early Wednesday mornings!  Three shows at a time.  I love my DVR.  Except, I didn’t find out until after the first week.  So I’m still missing the first three shows.  But, I’ll be caught up on the three seasons I missed by the time Season 5 starts in September.

It was announced last week that Harold Perrineau (Oz, Lost) is joining the show as Damon Pope, a former drug dealer whose daughter “got got” by Tig last season.  I’m thinking this won’t end well.  He probably snapped, is going to attack Tig & get taken out.  Just please let him live through most (a few?) shows!

Not only that, but Jimmy Smits is coming too!  He’s cast as bad guy Nero.  Mega tattoos and a mentor to Jax.  Wow, like Jax doesn’t already have enough mentors?  Not that I’m complaining.  Since NBC screwed him over (like they do with other shows) on Outlaw, I’m just glad to see him back on screen.  He brought the crazy on Dexter.  Can’t wait until SAMCRO  comes back in September!

Ready for more confessions?  Same thing happened with Breaking Bad.  I only started watching last season.  I’d love AMC if they would show the past seasons before it returns.  Pretty please?   I’m currently watching The Wire on HBO GO from Season 1.  Um, WHAT?  I saw a few seasons off and on, but I missed a few too.  I never watched Entourage, so that’s another one in the playlist.  Stop rolling your eyes, I watch enough crap as it is.   There really aren’t enough hours in the days to be able to look at it all.
