Why is Casper Smart More Than a Booty Call?

I was all for J Lo and her lil boy toy, Casper Smart.  Separated or divorced, she’s entitled to some booty.  And, he was hot enough.

But, keep him as a freaking BOY TOY.  She’s giving this little fly-by-night way too much.  A reality show, really?  Nobody wants to see him.  Nobody knows or cares about him.  Now they’re saying he’s behind this flip-flop bs on American Idol.  Supposedly, he was brought into a meeting with Fox bigwigs, and he tells them that they need her more than she needs them.  Um, no.. just no.

She needs to dump this piece of trash before he makes her fire her manager, marries her, and runs away with all her money.

He’s a rebound.  That’s it.

Sunday is my worst dvr day, so much on television.  Somehow I watch/dvr (in no particular order) Game of Thrones, The Killing, Nurse Jackie, The Big C, Housewives of NJ (or Atlanta, I don’t watch OC), The Borgias, and Mob Wives (Reunion tonight!).  Also, tonight is Tom Selleck’s Jessie Stone, AND the Billboard Music Awards (both dvr’d as well).  Oh, and Celebrity Apprentice.  As much as I like Arsenio, Clay deserves the win.  But, that’s not even on my list, so I’ll find out tomorrow.

I want to see the awards because of the Whitney Houston tribute.  But, this crazy itch, Pat Houston is all in the middle of it.  It’s not bad enough that she is trying to make a reality show out of Whitney’s death.  But, now she is bullying Bobbi Kristina because Billboard wants to give Whitney’s award to Bobbi K, and Pat wants to accept it.

PAT HOUSTON IS A NOBODY, GO AWAY ALREADY!  You have ZERO rights to get anything.  Bobbi is her daughter.  Heck,Whitney’s mother, Cissy Houston, has more of a right to do this than you do!  Bobbi needs to run hard and fast away from this psychobitch, and please, please, PLEASE don’t do that stupid reality show with her.

Raven Simone, Gay or Nay?

Or who the hell really cares?

There are reports out that The Enquirer is outting Raven Simone, and stating that she lives with her girlfriend, in New York City.  Supposedly her family isn’t happy at all, but she put her foot down, making sure they know that her bedroom is none of their business!  If that  is true, GOOD JOB RAVEN

If she felt she needed need to hide this from the world, she shouldn’t.  I’ve seen her in various things, but I will always see Olivia from The Cosby Show first.  So in the back of my mind I see a cute lil girl being gay.  Isn’t 3 years old way too young to know?  Then I slap myself back into reality.  As a 26-year old adult (is she really?  Damn I’m old), be who you are.  Most of the public will still love you.  And hopefully your family will come around as well.  And, well, those who can’t..  give them time or write em off.

Personally, I don’t think it’s anyone’s business.  But, we’re all curious about celebrities private lives.  Some seem to get mega publicity with the  “Are they or aren’t they?”  While I can understand those who are confused, just figuring it out for themselves, once you have accepted it yourself , don’t hide it.  Your fans will still love you.  The more people try to hide this, the harder the media goes after them.  Not acknowledging one way or the other isn’t necessarily hiding it.  Queen Latifah just doesn’t answer.  Change the subject, give em the death stare, whatever.  My sex life is MY sex life.  But when you deny deny deny it to the nth degree until pics come out, you’re screwed.

If you’re hiding out in spas and paying for “favors,”  then buying off people to be quiet because you’re married with children, that’s a whole different story.  True or not, you got some issues going on for sure.  You need to work em out.  You’re really not doing yourself any favors.

Last Dance – Rest in Peace Donna Summer

Donna Summer, THE Disco Diva, passed away today at 63 years old from cancer.  I read one report that said  lung cancer from 9/11.  I really hope not.  But, cancer is cancer, and it’s a messed up thing to go from.

My thoughts are with her family and loved ones.  Rest in peace Ms. Summer.

WTF # 1 – Some kid off the street tries to take money from Stevie Wonder, claiming Stevie did the do with his sister and HE was the child from that union.  Really?   REALLY?   Then he buckled from asking for 5 million to 10,000.  WTF kind of crackhead are you?  Undercover cops promised him the money if he signed a paper stating it was false, and he did.  Then he was arrested.  Serious.  Crackhead.   Move.  Did you think he wouldn’t call the cops?

WTF # 2 – A reality show about the healing of Whitney Houston’s family.  Featuring the sister-in-law, the brother and the daughter Bobby Christina.  With appearances by Mama Cissy and Aunt Dionne.  WHY???  OK, I’m not going to bitch out the daughter, but the brother and his wife?  Because I know this is all her/their doing.  You haven’t had enough time on the talk-show circuits?  This child, and she IS a child, hasn’t gone through enough hell that you want to put MORE of her life out there on tv?   Besides that, ain’t nobody interested in your asses.  Cissy and Dionne will have a following, but the other three?   Do like everyone else who loses a loved one does.  Cry, suck it up  and move the hell on.  Hell, even the Finding Bobby Brown show didn’t last more than one season, and that was because Whitney wasn’t into doing the whole 2nd season.  Yall don’t have Whitney, WTF would anyone want to watch her brother and sister-in-law???    Nobody knows or cares about you.  Period.
